All assemblies are 100% electrically tested prior to shipment. Whitney Blake has provided many of these types of connectors with overmolded strain reliefs, flex reliefs, and enclosures which enhance and improve durability and flex life. We can aid in the design of the molded part, as well as material selection to provide optimum desired characteristics.
Every phase of fabricating the assembly meets the criteria of IPC-620. Whitney Blake's production team has been highly trained and certified for their particular phase of the operation. We have a high degree of skill in soldering, even difficult to solder micro-pitch connectors.
